Abstract

Background of the Study: Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of unpleasant symptoms experienced by women. In indonesian the incidence of syndrome premenstruation is 45-95% in women of childbearing age. The results of reseach conducted in 20 years old STIKES an nur purwodadi dominantly experienced syndrome premenstruation. For that it is necessary to change a healthy lifestyle with exercise.

Purpose: To know the level of knowledge about STDs relation to the behavior of a student in a dorm STIKES An Nur Purwodadi.

Methode: This study is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach, the population in this study was an STIKES student An Nur Purwodadi. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 69 people. Hypothesis testing using sperman using statistical analysis.

Result: Test results obtained by analysis using spreman test p value (sig) 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that there is a connection rate of STD Awareness Against Student Dormitory behavior STIKES An Nur Purwodadi. And get the result of correlation of 0.908 ** means that there is the correlation between the level of knowledge of the behavior of the positive direction and strength is very strong because of very close to 1.

Conclusion: there is a correlation level of knowledge about STDs tehadap student behavior in the dormitory STIKES An Nur Purwodadi.
