Asuhan Keperawatan Maternitas Pada Ny.R Dengan Fokus Intervensi Terapi Musik Klasik Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Nyeri.

Abstract

Background ; Labor is a normal physiological event to give birth to a baby. Sectio Caesarea is the act of removing the baby through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus to save the mother and baby for several medical indications. Post Sectio Caesarea pain can be treated using pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Non-pharmacological therapy, namely distraction music therapy is useful for making a person relax, creating a sense of comfort and well-being, reducing anxiety levels by diverting one's attention from pain, reducing physiological pain.
Methodology ; This type of research is quantitative with a case study research design. The subject of this research is Mrs. R with post sectio caesarea. The assessment instrument used headphones, assessment format, blood pressure meter, and pain scale measurement using a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain intensity questionnaire and data collection methods, namely through assessment, data analysis, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
Results ; The results showed that the main diagnosis in Ny. R stands for pain discomfort. Evaluation of the implementation of Classical Music Therapy shows that Mrs. R says the pain has lessened. With BP: 110/80 mmHg, pain scale 3 and the client looks comfortable.
Conclusion ; Pain problem resolved, and discontinue intervention.
